Packhouse Activities
The export manager or admin will perform the following activites once crops are harvested. Below are the fields that need to be recorded for each activity. All required fields are in red.
All activities performed in the packhouse are tied to one farm code from reception till declaration.
Reception
After harvest, the crops will needs to be received into the packhouse. the first activity that needs to be recorded here is reception.

| Farm Code |
The farm the crops are being received from. This farm needs to already have been registered with activities recorded. The system will need to provide suggestions of farm codes as the user types. If they fail to enter a value for this show the message "Please enter a farm code" |
| Receiver |
The ID of the signed in user who is recording the activity |
| Date |
The date the activity was performed. It is possible the admin may record the activitty at a date later than when it was performed. They thus, need to be able to select the date and time from a calendar. If they fail to enter a value for this show the message "Please select a date" |
| Driver name |
The name of the cdriver who delivered the crops. The user should see suggestions of previous drivers who already delivered crops as they type. If they fail to enter a value for this show the message "Please enter a name for the driver" |
| Vehicle number |
The registration number of the vehicle that delivered the crops. If the user selected the driver's name from a suggested list, the vehicle number should be auto populated for them to possibly edit. If they fail to enter a value for this show the message "Please enter the vehicle number" |
| Phone number |
The phone number of the driver name entered above. If the user selected the driver's name from a suggested list, the phone number should be auto populated for them to possibly edit. If they fail to enter a value for this show the message "Please enter the driver's phone number" |
| Vehicle inspection |
Check for cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with transport regulations. This will be a yes or no option asking if the vehicle passed the hygiene inspection. If they fail to select a value for this show the message "Please select a value for vehicle inspection". |
| Quality assessment |
User selects a value from a list of options already defined. Examples are good, fair, poor. If they select nothing display the message, Please select a value for quality assessment. |
| Quantity |
This is a combination of a value and measure. The user enters a numeric value of the quantity and selects a measure from a list of available measures already defined. Example measures are crates, bags, bulk. Display the message, Please enter quantity if they enter no quantity and select no measure. |
| Unit weight |
The user enters a numeric weight. This defaults to the kg measure. If they enter nothing, display the message Please enter unit weight. |
| Total |
This is an automatic summation of unit weight by quantity. This also defaults to the kg measure.. |
| Temperature |
User needs to enter a value for this. Show the message Please enter a temperature if they fail to enter a value for this. |
| RH |
User needs to enter a value for this. Show the message Please enter a RH value if they fail to enter a value for this. |
The entries for quality assessment, qusntity, unit weight and total need to be grouped under Product Inspection
Temperature and RH needs to be grouped under Pre-cooling.

This is required only if the user selects Yes for postharvest treatment. The user needs to select one of 3 options from a dropdown. The options are curing, waxing and chemical. If they fail to select a value for this show the message "Please select a treatment tupe" |
| Chemical type |
This is required only if the user selects Chemical for Treatment type. The user needs to select one of 2 options from a dropdown. The options are organic and synthetic. If they fail to select a value for this show the message "Please select a chemical tupe" |
| Packaged quantity |
Only numeric values are allowed. If they fail to enter a value for this show the message "Please enter a quantity". |
| Packaged unit weight |
In kg. Only numeric values are allowed. If they fail to enter a value for this show the message "Please enter unit weight". |
| Packaged quantity measure |
The user selects one option from a list of measures. Example measures are boxes, bins, bags. If they fail to select a value for this show the message "Please select a measure". |
| Total packaged |
This value is automatically calculated and is the sum of packaged quantity by packaged unit weight. |
| Chemical type |
This is required only if the user selects Chemical for Treatment type. The user needs to select one of 2 options from a dropdown. The options are organic and synthetic. If they fail to select a value for this show the message "Please select a chemical tupe" |
| Rejected quantity |
Only numeric values are allowed. If they fail to enter a value for this show the message "Please enter rejected quantity". |
| Rejected unit weight |
In kg. Only numeric values are allowed. If they fail to enter a value for this show the message "Please enter unit weight". |
| Rejected quantity measure |
The user selects one option from a list of measures. Example measures are boxes, bins, bags. If they fail to select a value for this show the message "Please select a measure". |
| Total rejected |
This value is automatically calculated and is the sum of rejected quantity by rejected unit weight. |
If Chemical Type is Organic or Synthetic
The following fields are required only if the user selected synthetic or organic for the chemical type.
